How to Disable a User

Disabling a user removes their access to the platform and automatically locks all cards assigned to them.

Disabling a user will immediately revoke their platform access and lock all associated cards. Locked cards cannot be used for any purchases until they are reassigned or unlocked by an admin.

Steps to Disable a User:

1. Log in to the platform using your admin account.

2. In the main navigation bar, click on the Company tab.

3. From the dropdown menu, select Users.

4. Find the user you want to disable in the user list.

5. On the far right of the user’s row, click the three dots (...) under the Actions column.

6. Click Disable from the dropdown menu.

Users can be re-enabled by an admin to allow platform access and unlock all assigned cards.
