Add a User Address for Card Shipping

You can add a user specific address to ship a physical card directly to them instead of your office.

You can ship physical cards directly to your team in lieu of the office. This is particularly beneficial if you have remote teams. Cards do not ship outside the U.S and cannot be delivered to a PO box.

Steps to add a User Address:

1. Log in to the Finally platform.

2. Click on the Company tab in the top navigation.

3. Select Users from the dropdown menu.

4. Find the user you want to update. Under the Action column, click the three dots (…).

5. Select Edit from the dropdown options.

6. Fill out the User Card Shipping Address section with the user’s personal address.

7. Click Save to confirm the changes.

Use a valid residential or mailing address where the user can reliably receive mail.
