Issuing cards to your team has never been easier. Create unlimited physical and virtual cards with just a few clicks. Set spending limits, assign team members, and manage all controls directly from the cards tab. You must be a Company Administrator to issue cards.
Steps to issue a new card:
1. Log in to your account on the platform.
2. From the main dashboard, click on the "Cards" tab in the top navigation bar.
3. On the Cards page, click the green "+ Issue card" button.
4. Choose whether you want to issue a Physical card or a Virtual card.
5. Enter a card name.
This is an internal name only and won’t appear on the card.
6. Select the user who will receive the card.
If the user does not already exist, you must create the user before issuing a card.
7. If issuing a physical card, select the shipping address.
8. Set the card’s spending limit and limit type:
Choose from daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
9. (Optional) Select up to 5 allowed spending categories.
Transactions outside of the selected categories will be automatically declined.
10. (Optional) Choose whether the user will receive SMS alerts for:
Receipt uploads
Memo reminders
Declined transactions
11. Click "Issue card" to finalize.
Virtual cards are available to use immediately.
Physical cards typically arrive within 7 business days after being issued.
