Inviting a New User to the Platform

Creating users so your team can start using the platform.

To Invite a New User

1. Log in to the platform.

2. From the main menu, click on the Company tab.

3. In the dropdown, select Users.

4. Click the green Invite User button in the top right corner.

5. Fill out the required user details:

  • Name: Enter the user’s full name.

  • Email: Enter their email address carefully.

    • You cannot edit the email after sending the invite.

  • Mobile Number: Enter a mobile number (not a landline).

    • Users must have a mobile number to receive receipts and memo requests by SMS.

6. Select the user’s role from the available options.

7. Click Invite to send the invitation.

The user must accept the invite from their email before they can log in or be issued a card.
