Follow these steps to resend a user invite:
Log in to the platform.
From the main menu, click the Company dropdown.
Select Users.
Find the user you need to resend the invite to. You can scroll or use the search bar to locate them.
In the Actions column, click the three dots (...) to the far right of the user’s name.
Select Resend User Invitation.
The user will receive a new invite email right away.
If the user still doesn’t receive the email, ask them to check their spam or junk folder. You can also confirm that their email address is correct under their user profile.
