You get quick approvals, real-time fraud protection, virtual cards upon approval (physical cards arrive in 3–5 business days), employee spend controls, and points and rewards that don't expire. The card integrates directly with your accounting software.

Expense Management — Finally's expense management comes free with the corporate card. It eliminates manual expense reports with live spend tracking, budget management, automatic receipt collection (employees are prompted to submit receipts after every swipe), and real-time fraud protection. Spend controls let you set limits per card and restrict usage to specific vendors or locations. AI agents automatically assign GL codes, departments, and vendor tags to every transaction.

Ledger — Automated bookkeeping that keeps your books clean without manual effort. Transactions are categorized, reconciled, and organized automatically, so your financials are always up to date.

Payroll transactions automatically sync with your accounting system, and payroll taxes are calculated and filed with the appropriate government agencies every time you run payroll. Finally partners with Gusto and also integrates with ADP, Paychex, Intuit Payroll, and other major providers.

Invoicing — Create professional invoices, accept all forms of payment (credit cards and ACH bank transfers), set payment terms and due dates, offer discounts, and send automatic payment reminders. Invoicing is available from the Finally mobile app as well.

There are three tiers:

The Starter plan includes automated bookkeeping, up to 2 linked financial accounts, quarterly reports, bill pay management, cash-based accounting, a tax calendar, expense tools, payment processing, and DIY invoicing. The *Pro* plan (most popular) expands to up to 4 linked financial accounts, monthly reports, bill pay with 1099 admin, cash or accrual accounting, payroll management, and state sales tax filing. The *Premium* plan adds everything in Pro plus employee expense management, class tracking, tax filing, and the corporate card. Bookkeeping (Done-For-You) — For businesses that want hands-off bookkeeping, the Starter plan includes monthly, quarterly, or yearly bookkeeping with QuickBooks and Xero support, bank statement imports, transaction categorization, data entry, reconciliation, income statements, and balance sheets. Invoicing — Standalone invoicing plans start at $12/month (Starter, 7 billable clients), $19/month (Grow, 70 clients, most popular), and $39/month (Pro, 500 clients). All tiers include unlimited customizable invoices, credit card and ACH payments, expense items, tax reports, bank import, time tracking, and estimates. Higher tiers add recurring invoices, proposals, accounting reports, late payment reminders, retainers, and scheduled late fees. A Premium tier with a dedicated account manager and low transaction fees is available via custom quote.
