You can easily connect your QuickBooks Online account to the Finally platform in just a few steps. This integration allows you to sync transactions and simplify your accounting workflow. Once synced, your chart of accounts, jobs, classes and more will be available to code transactions directly in the finally platform.
Steps to connect your QuickBooks Online account
1. Log in to your Finally account.
2. In the left-hand menu, click on the Accounting tab.
3. From the dropdown, select Integrations.
4. On the Integrations page, click the QuickBooks button.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to log in and authorize the connection.
You must use an administrator account for your QuickBooks Online login.
6. Once authorized, you’ll be redirected back to the Finally platform.
7. On the Integrations page, click the Sync button to begin syncing data.
It may take a few minutes for the initial sync to complete.
8. Once synced, you will need to create a finally credit card in your chart of accounts and link the card to the correct finally credit card. You can do this in one step by selecting the 3 dots next to the sync button on the integrations page.
9. The select Change QuickBooks Card
10. Select Create and Select
This will create a Credit Card register in your QuickBooks Online where all of your transactions will populate once pushed from Finally to QuickBooks Online
