Why did my credit limit change?

If your credit limit changed, it’s most likely because your business is enrolled in Finally’s cash underwriting program. This program provides dynamic credit limits based on the funds in your linked business accounts.

These limits are designed to grow with your business and may adjust automatically—either increasing or decreasing—based on the current balance of your linked accounts.

To understand or troubleshoot a credit limit change, follow the steps below.

Check if your accounts are linked

  1. Log in to the platform as an Admin.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click on “Company.”

  3. Select “Manage,” then click on “Billing.”

  4. Verify that your business bank accounts are still linked.

If your accounts have been unlinked or show connection errors, your credit limit may decrease. Re-linking your accounts can help restore your available credit.
