If you're nearing your credit limit, making an early payment can free up available funds ahead of your next scheduled payment. This extra payment supplements your automatic payment and helps your team maintain uninterrupted access to spending.

Follow the steps below to post an early payment:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click the Company tab in the top navigation menu.

3. From the dropdown menu, select Manage.

4. Click on Payments to open your payment dashboard.

  • Here, you’ll see your payment history and your next scheduled payment date.

5. In the top right corner, click the green Pay Now button.

6. Enter the payment amount you’d like to submit.

7. Click Pay Now to complete the transaction.

Payments made early will reflect on your available credit once processed (typically 2-3 business days). This can help you continue using your card without waiting for your scheduled payment date.
